Efficient and timely service!

This company is amazing. I had a contractor break my track lighting in my store while putting in a light bulb. After waiting a week for him to come back with a professional to fix it I decided to call an Electrician of my own to get it done. Based on reviews on yelp I called Mark at Professional Electric. First of all, he answered the phone !!!! and listened to my problem. He said he would try to make it the same day based on a job he was at or the next morning, I couldn't believe my ears that he would come so soon. He showed up the next morning at 10am, and had it fixed by 11:30am. It was not an easy problem because of old wiring and not enough power but he stayed on it until he figured it out and fixed it. He and his protege were truly nice guys and the fee he charged me was incredibly reasonable. His number is now in my phone for good. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Adding my voice to the choir... Mark is my go-to electrician. He brings professionalism and peace-of-mind. They get the job done right and in a timely fashion. I often get same-day appointments, which is great.

I called on a Saturday morning with an emergency issue. No one answered but Mark immediately called me back. I explained my issue to him and he suggested I call Entergy because it sounded like something was going wrong on their end. Entergy arrived within 30 minutes and repaired the issue! Although I didn’t work directly with this company, the length that Mark went to in order to resolve my issue was astounding! I will definitely use them in the future should a need arise. Thank you Mark for taking time out of your busy Saturday to help me out!!

I had an issue with the wiring in my Garage and called Professional Electric. They set up an appointment and Mike arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Mike quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair quote for fixing everything, and completed the wiring and outlet replacements efficiently and professionally. The new installation looks amazing, works perfectly, and Mike explained everything in a very easy to understand manner. I couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends, as well as using them for any future electrical needs I have.

Professional Electric did a great job on my chandeliers. They installed (2) new chandeliers and also had to upgrade to a metal box in the ceiling that would support the weight of the new chandeliers. They were very careful not to damage my wood floors moving the ladders around the house. They also took great care installing the new chandeliers!!! Job well done!!!

Professional Electric is the best electrician we've ever used in New Orleans, and there have been a few since we have an old house with plenty of knob and tube wiring. He immediately identified our situation and put us at ease where others had tried to lead us down a far more costly and time-consuming path. I'm keeping his card on file for sure.
